I like the new Google Workplace icons.
The shapes are nice and identifiable, the specific color dominance helps differentiate between apps. They’re rounded and friendly and approachable.
But why white backgrounds? On Apple platforms, it’s nicer to use color as a flood in the background with lighter glassy glyphs overlaid on top.
